Mr Bowlen is not without intelligence. There MUST be more that we don’t know or he would have shown his hand. Something exists behind the curtain. Sam is right. It is time. This drama is destroying the credability the Broncos have created over time. Mr. Bowlen, speak up, set the story straight. Eliminate the guessing. Put this team back together. Support your coach. It’s time for YOUR leadership again, because Jay is not the man we need to lead as shown in his inability to step up on the field and now off the field. We need a leader. It should have been Jay, then Josh had his turn, but NOW it must be PB. The team needs it and the fans deserve it. Someone must step up because the two have stepped aside.

I would hate to see Cutler go, he does have potential, maybe that will come out if has a great defense to play behind.

If the option to trade him to Detroit is there, or else somehow managing to get Matt Leinart (either directly, or a 3way trade involving Vince Yong) was there, It might be best to trade him.

but for anyone else out there, Cutler might be worth keeping then trading down to another qb.

It’s really unbelievable that Bowlen has let it go this far. If he runs the show then what kind of show is he running?

At this point it is a lose-lose situation. If Cutler stays his relationship with McD is most likely going to transfer to the field. If he goes, what then? Simms? Stafford? Sanchez? Huge gamble that sets the team back another few years. Not to mention, the way McD has handled things thus far – if he has a bad season and that translates into the fans turning on him even more, he will be gone as well. Then you really get to start over.

I agree. PB has been silent long enough. I am tired of the lead story on the television news being who said what or whose house is for sale.

Shame on the three of them! McD for not simply taking a great qb and going into his first season with him. Jay for not stating his issue with management then walking into the locker room and saying LETS GET TO THE PLAYOFFS BOYS. Shame on Bowlen for not tightening the reigns on McD as soon as the Cutler trades talks started. Pat, you have a qb, go to the ends of the earth with him like you did John…

Play it again, Sam!
As the mother of 5, grandmother of 11, this feud would have ended long ago. They both need to be sent to their room with the following admonishment, “Either you play nice together, or you don’t get to play at all!” Who is in charge here? Do we really have the time to listen to all this silliness. Bowlen should be aware that even the most staunch fan (since 1979) will get tired of this. Sounds like a soap. Thanks for your input and I will leave you with the following, “I miss my Rocky”.
